Have you ever thought about who will attend your funeral?  Who will speak?  Who will cry? And who will still be loving you? Asking ourselves questions like these can bring peace and calm to our daily life. These questions help remind us that we are humans. We are not robots, and our days do not have to be repetitive. We must allocate time for our loved ones, family, friends, and nature. Indeed we must also allocate time to being alone. Being alone allows us to think about life.

            We are all here for a purpose, and this purpose is unique to us but we are just unaware of it. For example consider a scenario of yourself taking a board exam. You know your purpose (like when is the exam date, The venue of exam hall, The manners of Exam hall, Syllabus of exam etc.,) so this makes you to prepare and present the exam well without any stress or tension about the exam-hall and its atmosphere. In the same manner this is applicable to your life too..! we must sit back and know our purpose(what we are, what are we capable of etc.,). The future belongs to you. You are so precious one on this planet. Just be aware of the fact that 
"There are some tasks which must be carried out by you, Only you can do those"


Create Good Habits

            Your 'today' is tomorrow's past and yesterday's future. As you live your days, you will live your life. The key to success and happiness is self-discipline. Being stricter with yourself will help you to live your life on your own terms. For example, You've started a plan to study constantly for 3 hours a day. On the very first day with lot of energy you've executed it without fail. You did on up-to 3 days. But on the fourth day your brain screams "have some rest, you've been studying long from 3 days"

    Well, its not a big deal of taking rest for a day. You can enjoy and relax for a while If and only If you are damn sure about maintaining the consistency on the following days. Many of us would fail at this point. Because of the assumption that we were working a lot..!  I'm pretty sure, a good habit will get you out of such draining thoughts. Yes It will be hard in the beginning. But if you just bare with it for few days you will open the door of miracles. Always remind to yourself " IF NOT NOW THEN WHEN ? " this will act like a fuel to your will and gives energy to move on..!


Be The Best You

             Firstly, Robin recommends that you start being as honest as possible. He describes our world as untruthful, where we do not realize the number of lies we tell each day. Secondly, Robin recommends that you should try and be more loving. He explains that you should make frequent deposits into your’ love account’ by engaging in small acts of kindness to those around you. These acts of kindness will create joyFinally, Robin recommends being humble, forgiving, and thankful. These actions will help you be more accepting of yourself, those around you, and the environment you inhabit. This acceptance will help you and the people in your life live happier lives.


Start Your Day With the Platinum 30

            See your day as your life ❞  You must start your day well, as it will determine how you live the rest of your day. Robin calls the first 30 minutes after you wake up as ‘the platinum 30’. Never run to social media or the news as the first thing after you're awake. Cause that drains lot of energy & even it may upset you. Instead listen to the music, go for a walk, exercise, read a book, Meditate etc., But what-ever you do, make sure you do it in a peaceful atmosphere without any distractions.

            If you say you don't have time for these all. Habituate to wake 30 mins early of your daily routine from now. For this you will thank me later. It's always a better choice to wake early. As humans we evolved to activate our brains to function the best in the mornings. This is because, in ancient times we didn't have torch. Everything is under moonlight & sunlight. So, people used to wake before or at the time of sunrise to have more productive time to work. They even don't have alarms. They used to be so alert in their subconscious mind to listen to birds/hen to wake up.   


Be Positive, Stop Worrying & Start Living

            Our thought patterns are incredibly impactful. Imagine a richer reality. When we think positively, we can start attracting positive things. It makes no sense to worry about past mistakes unless we want to experience them for a second time. Remember, A negative mind will never give you a positive life. You may have fear that  " what if something bad happens to me when I keep on focusing positive thoughts ". Positive thinking is to keep yourself in peace even in chaos. This makes you to focus on blessing even in you bad times where there is no word of hope.

Avoid Negative Thoughts, They Can Kill You Alive

            book explains negative thoughts through this famous quote, “Chita burns the dead body while Chinta burns the living”. Here, “Chita” means funeral pyre, while “Chinta” means thinking negatively or worrying. Negative thoughts are incredibly dangerous for the human body. The body responds to negativity with a stress response. This response can result in many diseases, like blood pressure and heart problems.


Learn to Say No Gracefully

            Learning to say no to the non-essentials will give you more time to devote to the things that have the power to truly improve the way you live and help you leave the legacy you know in your heart you are destined to leave. If your life priorities are unclear, then it is easy to say yes to every request on your time. Be clear about what your life’s most significant priorities areIf you say no to people when you even capable of helping them. This makes you feel guilt and you'll feel very uncomfortable for asking help to the friend who you said NO. Sometimes you don't even ask them with the fear " They may say NO" this is because you did this to them.

            But when you have purpose, priority you will dedicate your time to that task and it will give you power to say NO confidently and reasonably without any guilt. By this people respect you and your decision too.


Model Yourself on a Curious Child

            We should live life like a kid who wants to learn new things every day and is curious about the world. Curiosity is what makes human beings different from other animals, and we should embrace this. For example If you take a small child in a garden and point towards the moon, the child will look to the moon. Take your dog into the garden and point towards the moon; the dog will look at your finger. Instead of behaving like other animals, we should live our lives like a curious child who asks different questions. Robin used a Chinese proverb to explain this point.
 
“He who asks may be a fool for five minutes, but he who doesn’t is a fool for a lifetime.”


Be Inspired

            No! I'm not talking about the motivation. There is a difference. Inspiration is something that you feel inside & Motivation is something from the outside that compels you to take action. There is a belief  “ motivation is for lazy people because they cannot be bothered getting things done. On the other hand, inspiration is for productive people because they are always getting things done ”

Robin provides some advice for when your aspirations might be low.
  • Talk to a wise-man
  • Read a good book
  • Watch an interesting movie
  • Listen to some uplifting music
  • Go to a public lecture


Try Something New Every Day

            You see everything in the history which was grateful for mankind is an experiment. These experiments came from idea of " trying new " no matter what would be the output. They never stopped trying, they never stopped thinking out of box and experimenting. People will always have something to say. But we must not let it bother you. The one who makes fun of you today, will appreciate you tomorrow If you don't quit.

            Just imagine everything around you was a set of rules and a mechanical lifestyle. I'm pretty sure that makes no point of "life" , if that happens so! we will be called as robots rather humans. Being different from the crowd brings you attention of people. Now use this as an opportunity, Let your idea be conveyed to them but never let their opinions make a room in your head.


Carry a Goal

❝The person who tries to do everything ultimately achieves nothing ❞ - Robin Sharma
            The goal should include your top life goals, along with clear deadlines for achieving them. Either its a small goal or long term goal. Once you achieve it, It gives a lot of energy and confidence to achieve the other goals. How about scoring a top rank in exam when you can't complete even a unit syllabus on time ? For achieving a long-term goal you must break it into small pieces of small goals. This will help you a lot. Each time you achieve a small goal you will feel confident and move forward with more energy overcoming all kinds of fear. 

        For suppose you have to travel a long distance where there is no civilization. It takes 3 days to reach destination on foot. As a human you need food for energy. Will you eat the food required for 3 days before starting your journey ? will that be helpful ? NO, isn't it !
You will prepare and pack your food and water for 3 days and eat it when required.
Destination is the goal,
Food is like small goals,
Eating is alike achieving goals.


Use Your Words Carefully

            ❝ Words are like arrows, once released, they are impossible to retrieve ❞. We should be cautious when speaking. We must use the words familiar and simple to the one listening to us. Once you have said something, it will be adapted as the other individual’s interpretation. You cannot take this back. Your words can Break or Build someone who value your words. So, be kind to people who admire and value you. Even in your angry rage remember to stay calm with your dear ones.


Don’t Worry About Things You Can’t Change

            Don’t stress if you have wasted time in the past. One of the most beautiful things about time is that you can’t waste it in advance. It doesn’t matter how much time you have lost in the past. Stop thinking and worrying about wasted time, and utilize the coming hour with your full potential and make it perfect and unspoiled.
        
            Let the fact be convinced in our heart that we don't have control over everything. Remember " life always gives what you deserve but, not what you desire ". If you're worthy for it, it belongs to you undoubtedly. If its not for you, You deserve some other.

            Consider you have bought a smartphone yesterday for $300. And what if tomorrow there is gonna be a sale of the smartphone which is more advanced than yours at $200? How would you feel? Can you do anything about it?  NO! this was totally unexpected thing which is out of your control.

 In these situations remember one thing.
" This is not the last opportunity, there are many days further. Future will always be new and advanced over present, past. I'll be looking forward for my next opportunity. " 


Life’s Greatest Pleasures Are Often the Simplest Ones

            As humans, we often strive for the complicated and elaborate pleasures in life. However, often the greatest pleasures in life are the simplest ones. These simple pleasures are vital as they are the ones we can all engage in. So, feed an animal, water a plant, or plant a tree. Be closer to nature. Love your work.
